Return & Refund Policy

TriPeak Industrial | Effective March 2026

Overview


At TriPeak Industrial, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. We understand that occasionally a return may be necessary, and we are committed to making that process as straightforward as possible. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased through our website or by contacting our sales team.

By placing an order with TriPeak Industrial, you agree to the return and refund terms described below.

Return Eligibility


Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new, unused, and uninstalled condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all included accessories, documentation, and hardware
  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued by TriPeak Industrial
  • The item was purchased directly from TriPeak Industrial (online or via sales order)

Returns requested after the 30-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees or denial.

Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our team at sales@tripeak.tech or call (616) 920-0560 to request an RMA number. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive your RMA number. Our team will review your request and issue an RMA number within 1-2 business days. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused.
  3. Pack and ship the item. Securely package the product in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the item using a trackable carrier to the address provided with your RMA.
  4. Inspection and processing. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or credit within 5-7 business days.

Restocking Fees


The following restocking fees apply to all eligible returns:

Standard stock items (returned within 30 days) 15% restocking fee
Special order / non-stock items 25% restocking fee
Items requiring special handling or freight 25% restocking fee + return freight
Defective or incorrectly shipped items No restocking fee

Restocking fees are deducted from the refund or credit amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds & Credits


Upon approval of your return, the following refund options are available:

  • Credit card / original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of return approval. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Store credit: A credit may be applied to your TriPeak Industrial account for use on future orders.
  • Replacement: If a product is defective or was shipped incorrectly, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

All refunds are calculated based on the original purchase price, less any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges.

Damaged & Defective Items


If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or is defective, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. To expedite your claim:

  • Document the damage with photographs of the product and packaging before discarding any materials
  • Contact us at sales@tripeak.tech with your order number, description of the issue, and photos
  • Retain all packaging until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may require inspection

Damaged and defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you, including return shipping. TriPeak Industrial will coordinate the return logistics and file any necessary carrier claims on your behalf.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been installed, used, modified, or altered in any way
  • Custom-fabricated or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products returned without a valid RMA number
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window (unless otherwise approved)
  • Electrical components that have been energized or connected
