The Armstrong 882 Cast Iron Inverted Bucket Steam Trap combines high condensate capacity with a built-in integral strainer. Cast iron body rated to 250 psig at 450°F (17 bar at 232°C), handling up to 4,400 lb/hr (2,000 kg/hr) at 250 psig MOP. The integral strainer eliminates the need for a separate line strainer.
The free-floating stainless steel mechanism has no fixed pivots. Dirt is held in suspension and purged automatically. Continuous air and CO₂ venting ensures efficient system startup.
